(More customer reviews)In November 2008 I installed the chain on an '80s era 3-speed with coaster used as a daily commuter within the city limits of Philadelphia, PA.I used a Pedro's chain tool and not the master link provided.The bike weighs over 40 pounds and I am about 185 lbs., so these forces along with the endless stopping and starting of city riding make a strong chain essential.I relube the chain after heavy rain and about once a month with a Teflon lubricant.IMHO, the chain runs smoothly and quietly.
