(More customer reviews)I was able to put one of the fenders on my rear wheel (not sure if it was actually the rear or front fender). I was not able to attach the other fender because the arms which were supposed to attach to the center bolt of the wheel were not long enough. These were supposed to fit 21" wheels, which is what I have. Fortunately I really only needed a rear fender anyway with the frame of the bike blocking water.
